      - Very positive interview experience with transparent timelines for next steps - Fully supported with information and guidance throughout the interview - Onboarding was excellent with a variety or learning paths; in person sessions, LMS sessions, recordings and self paced - Lovely team environment and culture on the floor - Transparent leadership with clear KPIs, goals and insights to growth trajectory - Lots of social events; EOM/EOQ/Seasonal events

      Cons

      - Pension is not matched - A greater social budget at team and department level would be welcomed to build even great peer relationships! - Office is dated - but a new one is on route in March'26!
