money i guess but not worth the stress

Cons

Management is awful — there’s so much thrash it’s unbelievable. In my six months here, I’ve already had three managers come and go due to people quitting from unrealistic work expectations and burnout. Unfortunately, I didn’t heed the warnings from others here and was blinded by the high salary. I’m now regretting my decision. 0/10 would recommend.

-Great team: everyone is smart, driven, and empathetic -Good product*: compared to other HCM/HRIS/etc, Rippling has a lot going for it. It's not a perfect product, but it's definitely an upgrade and going in the right direction -Nice office: free lunch and snacks

Cons

-Leadership: lots of lapses in communication between mid-level managers and C-suite; feels like there is a new initiative every quarter or a new approach that will be fleeting -Product: so many changes are constantly happening with little to no communication to employees or customers -Role and responsibilities: very reactive, constantly putting out fires you are not responsible for, constant project and escalation management
