      -Opportunity to learn, grow, and advance your career -Challenging environment -- Rippling is carving a new path building a product that never existed -- So you get to be a part of that growth and the learning experiences -Great culture -- Built around honesty, integrity and continual feedback to help each other learn and grow.

      Cons

      -With a startup, it's not a typical 9-5, so your hour commitment will be a bit more than some jobs -The product is continuing to change/improve, and some people have had challenges staying up to date with the latest and greatest (the product team announces launches and the enablement team holds regular trainings to keep you up to speed). -You have autonomy -- so need to be driven to control your own time/effort.

      Product can be awesome, but management lacks transparency

      Pros

      When the product works, it is actually awesome.

      Cons

      They lie and talk out both sides of their mouth. Firing people under the guise of performance when it's a RIF because they put the cart in front of the horse. However, they don't want to call it this because then they would have to submit a WARN report which they don't want to do because then it shows their incompetence or gives the view that they aren't doing as well as people think. It's also weird that both of my other reviews have been removed. So much for transparency Glassdoor.
