      Great product in some situations when downmarket, really great pay

      Horrible culture and leadership... Company cannot keep people. Building the plane as they fly it and are trying to play in markets that they shouldn't be in

      good exit opportunities. fast promotions, opportunities to make outsized impact. hybrid office culture

      expect your priorities to change every week if not every day. things break all the time. quantity >>> quality. most on-call rotations are 4 people or less. turnover is high 40/30/20/10 stock split, you don’t benefit as much if the stock appreciates and you need to work extra hard to get refreshers company values include “being frugal”
