Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Rippling over the past year. The company offers a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and take ownership. I've been able to develop new skills, work with supportive colleagues, and gain exposure to different aspects of operations. The culture encourages growth, and strong performance is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

The pace can be demanding at times, and priorities may shift quickly, requiring adaptability. As with many high-growth companies, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously can occasionally be challenging.

Pros

the grind teaches you a lot about sales and how to work hard.

Cons

Keep increasing KPI's and quota to an unattainable level and then wonder why people are getting burnt out and dropping like flies. Upper management is so far removed from the work the SDR's actually do and what actually works for us and they think increasing numbers will motivate us more. Sad situation. It's a grind to even get near quota. They also lie about wanting to promote from within, it is completely out of reach and they dangle it in people's faces so don't believe them when they tell you that in interviews.
