Pros

- Transparency from leadership, including monthly meetings with CEO Parker Conrad to answer any questions that are brought to him. - We "drink our own champagne"... use our own product every single day and launch products internally to trouble shoot them before external launch. - If you work hard, you are rewarded. Lots of ability to be promo'ed within specific orgs and cross functionally if you're willing to network.

Cons

- You will work long hours, and it moves very quickly, but it is so worth it to see the end result of hard work. - Remote employees do feel just that, remote. But there has been an effort to bring more focused culture into offices.

Pros

- High talent density + incredibly smart and driven people - Uber transparency from the top-down - Generational opportunity (potential business outcomes) - Meaningful impact - Culture of "never not my problem" / ownership - Strong pay - Expedited learning curve

Cons

- Benefits are meh. Insurance premiums are high, no 401K matching, etc. - "Whatever it takes" mentality. To some, this is a pro. To some, this is a con. If this is a perceived con, Rippling is not the place for you!

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities, there is a really great talent density here and interesting projects across the board. They reward people who work hard and there aren’t any arbitrary limits to how you can grow and take on more responsibility. Also refreshing is that the business is strong and everyone understands their place and contribution to the business. There’s a sense of drive and ownership.

Cons

It’s not for everyone. We’re a startup that runs hard with high reward. We’re very frugal and lean which is frustrating at times but it’s clear that savings go towards the business. Wlb can take a hit at times for important deliverables. Sometimes leadership intervenes in issues a little too late after the damage is already done. But I can see that things are becoming better and more stable over time without sacrificing the positive qualities of being a startup.
