Good place if you work hard and want to learn
Pros
The product overall is great so its easy when you believe in it. The onboarding was good, and its 5-6 weeks long before they throw clients at you. Obviously, you won't learn and retain everything but you get a great baseline knowledge of implementation, the products and what is expected of you in your role. Basically everything is documented internally or in the help center. If you are a great figure-outer and can do your own research, you will do well at Rippling. They also have lots of office hours and extra training sessions, as well as Slack channels to help answer questions and further your knowledge. The system is so user friendly that you and clients can figure out a lot on their own. It is really a good product and unlike any other that I have used. Very well thought out and integrations that actually work.
Cons
They are growing very fast and they release new products and features fast. They do their best to communicate to the teams, but it can be a lot at times. If you do not come from a benefits or payroll heavy background, it can be hard learning all of the language and verbiage associated with it. It can be intimidating because they are big on pushing you to figure things out yourself before asking questions. And the growth and speed of things can seem like a lot, but they tell you that up front.
