Rise Technical Recruitment reviews

Firstly, I would like to point out that I find it convenient that there are small batches of positive reviews after any negative review, all writing the same thing... hmmm. Working here felt like I was in hell. The constant micromanaging, the toxic environment, picking on others, and the general monotony of it all really made it an unpleasant and soul-draining place to work. Many of the other reviews on here calling the company a cult really resonates with me as I personally felt this through having to memorise the company values, the language that's used to describe how the company operates and the morning meetings. This job is targeted at young people and offers many false promises of earning large amounts of money quickly and progressing fast, when in reality only the select few make what they claim and the progression means nothing as there are many others in the same role and you do not gain anything other than a slight payrise. If you value your sanity and are someone that wants a job that requires some brain power and intellect, then this job isn't for you.

can sometimes be a bit toxic because its a high pressure enviroment but it comes from a good place to help you achieve your goals, you just have to remember why the leadership team want you to do well
