I’ve seen very good, hardworking people leave mainly women because this isn’t a professional space. When people leave you aren’t allowed to congratulate them they are nothing but a failure and the lad culture jumps on this and is horrible about people. Directors will make recruiters justify every step of their action but infront of people in a lad way again lad bully culture People recruited on how much waffle they can chat in interviews and not any skill or drive.
