Cons

Clear path to progression, amazing training, wonderful colleagues and a fantastic place to work.

Cons

I don't think there are any cons to this position other than to know what you are getting yourself in to before applying, people think recruitment is an easy way to earn lots of money, it is.... but once you've worked very hard in the first instance. Love my job :)
