      Pros

      Best recruitment company I've ever worked with. You are looked after well, and are not shy about helping you into a permanent role when you decide to leave. Can't fault them at all. Ask for Zac Mace (recruitment wizard!).

      Cons

      You can choose your own payment company which is great! A little tip, don't choose umbrella unless you don't like getting paid. Carrier pigeon would be a more reliable way of getting your wages haha!

      Pros

      Fantastic commission & meritocratic progression structure. Full induction and hands on training. You get out what you put in. Large, modern office in the heart of Bristol with a great atmosphere. Build your own recruitment desk from scratch and run every job like a project from developing business, raising a job up until placement. Fantastic incentives to the likes of Barcelona & Chamonix as well as meals out in the top restaurants in Bristol.

      Cons

      Really can not think of anything! If you are highly motivated, up for a challenge and are driven to be successful then this is the right company for you.

      Excellent training and commission structure. Fantastic opportunity for anyone that is looking to start a successful career.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is no milk and I have to wait till 9 till I can have my coffee.
