Best decision that I have made
Pros
After deciding that I wanted to go down the career route rather than taking my place at university, I started to explore companies where I would be challenged and motivated to reach my potential, yet have a fun social life outside of work. With RISE I have found exactly that, I am supported by likeminded people and every achievement is recognised along the way. There is a family feel to the company whilst maintaining its professionally inspiring culture. The interview stage was made simple by Fran who organised interviews promptly and updated me throughout the process. When starting the process is again made straightforward with a clear training plan to enable us to start excelling at the job as quickly as possible.
Cons
There is no free parking so be prepared to commute with that in mind.
