Pros

Working with likeminded, focussed, driven and ambitious people in an environment that helps you to excel. Lots of training and progression available within the company. Excellent incentives and rewards. I've worked for 4 other recruitment companies without naming any names, none of them come close to Rise.

Cons

Nothing major in terms of negatives but it is an environment that you have to work hard in to achieve your goals.

This is a company that really helps you reach and surpass your potential. Unrivalled training, progression on a meritocratic basis and getting out of it what you put in all allow you to succeed. And the odd trip to Barcelona, Monaco, Vegas and Chamonix helps as well!
