It’s always disappointing when a former colleague leaves with that impression, particularly as our goal has always been to help people build successful careers. As for the rest of your comments, it’s clear your experience was some time ago, and our business has evolved significantly since then. We’ve invested heavily in our training, leadership, technology, career development and employee wellbeing, while expanding internationally. Many of our consultants have gone on to build long-term careers with us, achieve promotions and earn exceptional incomes, although we recognise that our environment is not the right fit for everyone. Recruitment is a demanding profession, and different companies suit different people. We’re pleased to hear you’ve gone on to be successful elsewhere and wish you every success in your career.
