      Pros

      Best recruitment company I've ever worked with. You are looked after well, and are not shy about helping you into a permanent role when you decide to leave. Can't fault them at all. Ask for Zac Mace (recruitment wizard!).

      Cons

      You can choose your own payment company which is great! A little tip, don't choose umbrella unless you don't like getting paid. Carrier pigeon would be a more reliable way of getting your wages haha!

      Pros

      They build you as a consultant from the ground up. From the beginning they do not worry about your experience, they solely focus on your core values and ability as skills and knowledge can be taught, which is what sold the company for me. Having help from consultants all the way up to directors really drives you forward to be the best.

      Cons

      It is not an easy job, you cant expect to sit around and expect things to happen, you have to want to succeed and put in the hours to become the best.
