We’re happy to hear you find our pay and benefits competitive. We work hard to ensure our employees are well compensated. As we execute on our strategic goals for the company, it is critical that we have the right organizational model, culture and leadership that allows each of us to perform at our best, with both the right accountability and the right connectivity across the organization.

Pros

Work from home only job

Cons

It’s a job that robots will soon take over. It can easily be automated and that’s how the job feels like you are a robot.
