Pros

This company has found a very good niche representing mainly well-known state colleges and universities with reasonable tuition. Conversations with potential students generally have positive outcomes because of this. You will be expected to work hard -- often represention two or three schools with high enrollment goals -- but you will be appreciated and rewarded. Management is supportive and accessible. The ability to work from home is a real plus.

Cons

Technology glitches often prevent pertinent, timely information about students from sharing over from the universities, so it is difficult to determine whether a student has applied or sent necessary documents to admissions. You will usually find out by talking to the student, not by being notified by the university. This sometimes creates awkward situations.
