Pros

This company has a great culture and work/life balance. Even though they're growing and have become relatively large, they invest in their employees' growth and support them as much as possible. I've personally seen plenty of empathy, respect, and support when going through difficult times. It feels like everyone cares about you and wants to help you succeed.

Cons

There can be a steep learning curve if you're not too familiar with the education industry, but since everyone is very helpful, it doesn't take much to be able to figure things out.
