      Pros

      This is a company that truly values their employees. One of the best cultures I have seen at a company in my entire career. There are so many positive aspects within the management team and their leadership skills. This is definitely a company that promotes within and there is room for growth and opportunity. I referred other co-workers from my previous employment and they are just as happy as I am to make the move! The starting salary doesn't even compare to it's competitors. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism, team work and FUN we have with co-workers. The best company to work for in the education business!!!

      It takes time to get used to working remote, but once you do-you realize there is nothing better!

      Passionate People. Inspiring Mission. High Energy fast paced work environment. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Work can be monotonous. Culture is department specific. Quite a bit of favoritism. Lack of operational autonomy.
