Pros

good salary. that's about it.

Cons

strategy changes every other week, no consistency, no training, treat employees as if they are expendable from the very start. no opportunities for growth or advancement. they don't ask for any employee input on anything. if you are fine with being paid to practice futility, great place to work!

The company's vision is probably the best part of Academic Partnerships. I had the pleasure of working with great coworkers as well.

Unstable Management Decisions not thought out, no plan for tomorrow Employees are not valued Random, Large Layoffs Over worked, Underpaid No stability Too many changes taking place on a day to day basis Too much manual work No recognition for exemplary work No processes are in place Huge Turnover
