good salary. that's about it.

Cons

strategy changes every other week, no consistency, no training, treat employees as if they are expendable from the very start. no opportunities for growth or advancement. they don't ask for any employee input on anything. if you are fine with being paid to practice futility, great place to work!

Morale in serious decline. Company goes through a major reorganization every 6 months. Job security constantly in question.

The company's vision is probably the best part of Academic Partnerships. I had the pleasure of working with great coworkers as well.
