Pros

A lot of the people working there are great. It's too bad the company treats them poorly.

Cons

Great office just poor or no communication in and between every department. Everyone has their own agenda and plan. There is always an ulterior motive. They hire like crazy and fire like crazy.

Bad upper management destroyed company culture

Business Outlook

Pros

The company has a 1 week shutdown between Christmas and New Year's every year that is a nice addition to an above average PTO and holiday policy. Individual teams are knowledgeable and effective when given the opportunity.

Cons

Regular layoffs with high-performing team members being let go in mass organization restructuring without logical reasons. Each layover seems to target older employees or those with more tenure. There is a disconnect between the contributions employees make and the visibility those contributions receive at the leadership level. Frequent team restructuring creates uncertainty and makes it hard to build momentum on long-term initiatives. Organizational changes often feel reactive rather than strategic, leaving employees to absorb the impact without clear communication. Roles and responsibilities can shift without corresponding adjustments to title, compensation, or headcount support. There are instances where workplace dynamics favor certain voices over others, which undermines collaboration and trust. The company risks losing institutional knowledge by not investing more in retaining and advancing its top contributors.
