Pros

- competent managers - phenomenal team leads - initially had great work-life balance

Cons

- any higher management is arguably incompetent and severely lack the communications one would think is needed for their position - limited growth opportunities - bright ideas, poor execution - general disorganization - subpar pay for the amount of work that is demanded of you - runs great employees/coworkers away - cares more about stats and quantity than quality of the students being retained - less about helping students and more about getting the "sale"

We are glad to hear that you had a positive relationship with your manager and the team leads and we appreciate your open and honest feedback on areas of improvement. Your comments about gaslighting and prioritizing quantity over quality are concerning as they are in opposition with our values and the standards to which we hold ourselves. This is certainly not in line with the experience or feelings we want for our employees to have, and will share your feedback with the proper members of the leadership team.
