      Constant Changes and Lack of Knowledge

      Pros

      Growth throughout the company, benefits are good and low prices.

      Cons

      Tons of change over the past few years. Many of those being put into leadership roles have little to no experience in the roles they are leading. This is causing a ton of issues and people are leaving. And example in another dept shows the disconnect- the outside sales people are being run by the marketing dept. Anyone with sales experience knows that marketing and sales are different but they don’t seem to get it.

      Pros

      My pros at Academic Partnerships (now Risepoint) are that the people here are great and the culture is positive and uplifting. Your managers really care about your wellbeing, and your colleagues feel like a team. We've been through a lot of changes recently, but I feel that those higher up really do strive to listen to everyone's opinions and made decisions that are best for the company. I've really enjoyed my time here, and I am excited for what the future will hold.

      The pay could be a bit higher.
