Pros

This company was very flexible with my work schedule (even during training, I had some childcare issues and Brenda and Derek were wonderful to me). Managers are great and flexible, benefits are good and the pay was as well. The job role is very straight forward and there’s coaching opportunities if you aren’t meeting your goals. Really, as long as they see you are putting in effort- you’re good. Management listens to you and cares.

Cons

Can’t really think of many but if you don’t like being on the phone a lot and being metric-driven this job isn’t for you. You don’t have a chance to do a whole lot outside of your job role at first, but I think that comes as you continue to work there longer. Also, as with any job, each manager is different- some are more hands-off and some are more hands-on. So a big part of your satisfaction is how your manager works with you. Not really a “con” per se, but worth mentioning.
