Pros

Working for an Academic partnership now Risepoint for the past five years has been a great journey and experience for me. I’ve learned so much from my colleagues, and I look forward to meeting and talking to students each day.

Cons

The downside of working in education is that you’re never going to satisfy everyone's expectations which is what one has to deal with when working in the education industry.
