Pros

Transparency is the norm, a healthy workplace culture based in trust and respect. Remote-first culture with no micromanaging. The people are just plain pleasant to be around. Project management skills are sharpened, if that's what someone is looking to do as an ID.

Cons

Salary could be slightly higher considering the high workload - just looking comparatively at other industry ID jobs. Workload is currently overwhelming, but I have faith that this will change. Tech is not super current, which makes processes clunky and details easy to miss.

Pros

Every person I've ever interacted with is kind and patient. The culture here is phenomenal, especially for a remote company. People have a great work-life balance and are very respectful of our time.

Cons

We've had some leadership shifts recently, but overall it seems like we're very stable.

Pros

My colleagues are extremely collaborative and my immediate and higher managers are supportive and very approachable. I love working from home and having the flexibility to control my schedule.

Cons

Limited job growth opportunities and opportunities for raises but AP is working to solve this problem.
