There is little to no support. There is a lot of favoritism. When something goes wrong especially, when it is lingering from previous management, the fingers are pointed at you. You are not set up for success. The training program is relatively short and not very informative. I do not recommend working for this company or it's subsidiaries. When it comes down to your branch, there are too many James on the pot making life and the business difficult.

Management is in chaos. Outside contractors (like Thoughtworks) are causing employee dissatisfaction. Management should rely and focus on the experience and domain knowledge of FTEs rather than contractors who are incompetent. These contractors are costing the company millions of dollars and FTEs are losing their jobs.
