      Management genuinely invests in their employees growth and does everything they can to help them find success both in their professional/personal life. The team itself is welcoming and cohesive with a unified purpose/direction. Organizational culture upholds the importance of a healthy work/life balance and you can see it in the workforce. Everyone on the team is happy to be there, ready to work hard and constantly supporting/challenging one another to grow. Overall, Ritchie Bros is a fantastic place for individuals at any stage of their career and offers tremendous opportunity for those who are willing to work for it.

      Very few meaningful cons, overall if you're ready to work hard and commit you shouldn't have any issues.

      Fantastic Work Culture & Autonomy

      Pros

      I have been working as an Account Manager at Ritchie Bros. Financial Services for the past 3 months and would strongly recommend a career here for anybody who is passionate about sales and/or finance. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by a skilled group of teammates who are knowledgeable about finance and like-minded when it comes to working hard and producing results. I am excited to wake up and start work every single day and could not happier about my decision to jump ship from my previous place of employment.

      Cons

      Like most sales-oriented jobs, this position is not for the faint hearted. Be prepared to work hard every single day and push your boundaries in order to hit targets and produce results. I love the autonomy that this job provides but you need to be self-disciplined and come in with a game plan to be successful.
