Pros

There is opportunity to grow within the company if you're willing to work hard. The health insurance is very affordable and good. If you work hard you will get rewarded.

Cons

Work life balance doesn't exist. You have 3 months to fill up a yard with equipment and after that auction is over you have to do it again at least 5 times a year. When the year is over you look back and wonder where did the time go.

Good opportunities, but you need to work for them

Pros

You get exposed to numerous interesting projects and other opportunities if you a) earn trust within your team and b) express an interest in trying new things. The expectation being that you'll need to work hard and succeed at the scenarios presented if you want to move on to new things.

Cons

Quite hierarchical, some nepotism, many promotion opportunities happen because of the who you know rather than the what.

Decent place to work

Pros

Nice building Good facilities and amenities Diverse ethnically and in most other ways Reasonably flexible working hours Good people all around Pretty positive workplace

Cons

This is a place for people more concerned about their titles and salary than the quality of work environment or end result. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you don't see a whole lot of younger people working in digital. Restrictive business policies regarding dress code and personal equipment, among others, don't reflect a cultural value system that changes with the times. Not the best tools provided for the job Cubes or meeting rooms are the only space to get anything done Communication up the management ladder doesn't seem to go anywhere
