Pros

Great culture that believes (and values) hard work. Lenient tuition reimbursement policy. On-site gym, cafeteria, and subsidized daycare. Lots of development opportunities and project work to get involved.

Cons

Company is still going through a transformation with new leadership. Lots of change (in the right direction) but it's not an environment for those who aren't ready for it.

Cons

Work/Life balance is always a struggle. This can be a 24/7 ordeal. Orange sale day shirts!!!!!! Oy Vey!!!!
