Pros
Thank you to a strong management team, the company continues to be strong during a tough time. Great communication from the executive team. They take the time to listen, making sure everyone has a voice. Employee safety is a number one priority and keeping everyone informed and doing as much as possible to ensure all stay healthy and well. Working from home is encouraged, due to Covid, but we are given the opportunity to to in to the office when needed. They encourage personal growth and provide opportunities to learn and advance in the company. Salary is good.
Cons
With most people working from home meetings are now virtual and causing calendar fatigue and leads to working longer hours. Most managers are aware of this are good about allowing breaks where/when needed.
