Bad salaries, advances only for those who play the game.

Free parking, some people were nice.

Cons

Salaries way below market value. Worked with people who were bullies. Anyone who doesn't "drink the orange kool-aid" deemed not a team player and treated like an outcast. Very highschool-like environment. Being harassed once a week to purchase 50/50 tickets for random charities got old real fast. Long-term temps treated like second-class citizens.

Nice spacious building, lots of parking space.

Cons

Below average salary. Office culture gets toxic real fast - everybody is very defensive and any time a big problem comes up, there's a lot of pointing fingers.

Zero diversity in management. Women and minorities do not have a chance of promotion into real management roles. Customer Service Managers are "managers" by name only, they are paid far below the level of their responsibility and often referred to as "the girls" by senior male management.
