Pros

I got to do a good deal of traveling, which could also be considered a con... There are some good people that work for this company, unfortunately, more and more of those people are leaving to work for a company with real opportunity.

Cons

I am a dedicated work addict by nature. I poured my heart and soul into this company. It was like pulling teeth to even get hired full time. After that, no raise, cut back on the benefits, and no opportunity for promotion (mind you this was during a period were stocks were at an all time high). I was personally passed up for a couple promotions by people who's Dad's were either an employee of a large customer or a friend of upper management. I don't mind loosing to someone more qualified, but these guys were fresh out of college with no work experience and I had been slaving for the company for 3 years. The excuse that was given to me by a manager that has since been promoted, was that he knew it was not fair to me, but when somebody gets good at a job, he likes to keep them there so he won't have to worry... Why do a good job then? That's just one example of the favortism and political incorrectness that is allowed in the company. One important point, IF YOU ARE A WOMAN YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY. The upper management has no respect, you will be stuck in a dead in office job with no opportunity to advance... Now that I've said all this, the exception is sales. I've since left the company and worked for two other public companies in different aspects of this industry. I can tell you they have the laziest sales team I have ever dealt with. Not only do they get away with it, they are worshiped with rewards, trips, incentives... So if you get hired in sales, it's probably a good gig... Operations, stay away...

Pros

I've been here 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The company is growing and has put a lot of new processes in place. With that said they offer lots of training and resources to help with all the change. Over time it gets easier and I can see the additional value we offer both our employees and customers alike. There is a work hard play hard feeling throughout the company and you get to work with senior managers and front line staff on a variety of exciting projects everyday. I've worked for global companies before and none of them had a culture that was anything close to this company.

Cons

While there is never a dull moment and there is always lots of work to do there are always exciting projects to work on and lots of cool people to work with. I don't think I've ever worked harder and had more fun than I do at this job.
