Heavy equipment all day every day; what could be better? Must love getting dirty and problem-solving to get equipment to run & fit in the yard. All kinds of customers, all kinds of equipment. Fun work place, lots of travel opportunities. Some of the very best people work here.

Cons

You sign your life away to their auction schedule, no matter the weather. Great for young people, can be hard with a family. Specifically at the North East site, the ROM is a micro-managing, manipulative tyrant. Either march to his drumbeat or be discarded. Beware of his little drummer boy with the mustache; he is untouchable & will throw anyone under the bus to save himself. Constant turnover at this site, you must have thick skin. Other sites are not the same, employees tend to stay and are happier. Good luck!
