Pros

At the time the commission structure provided a huge incentive to fight tooth and nail for every deal. The company was doing incredibly well, so if you had momentum, you would be making big bucks on multipliers and bonuses.

Cons

When the company suffered, everyone suffered aside from those who were established as SAE's. The longer you had skin in the game, the stronger nepotism and more bias/politics came in to play. Managers and directors would feed deals to those they liked, and then celebrate those deals being closed– without disclosing they had a direct hand on the deal. Painting an unjust picture of colleagues doing hard work, when in actuality, they were just being fed deals.

Pros

Work from home is great, most of the co workers are nice as well

Cons

No job security multiple rounds of lay offs for account managers and operations staff. Putting people on PIP or "restructuring" of org without warning. Inefficient processes means it takes forever to get anything to done, lendors at odds with RBFS and ironplanet takes forever as well. Deflection or refusal to acknowledge problems puts blame on employees instead of management taking accountability.
