      Massive industry, lots of projects, many places to innovate

      Cons

      Massive layoffs, no investment in internal development resources, outsourcing everything to high-paid consultants that continuously fail to deliver, only hiring junior levels because the budget is not there to pay for experience. Consultants constantly come and go, so there is no consistent process or history.

      must be able to learn independantly and be a self starter. put in the extra effort as required, otherwise it may be a difficult learning curve
