      Pros

      Used to be a company that promotes women and diversity. Even though the CEO is a woman, the company has lost its focus on DEI. Equality is out of the door. Equity is non existent. The only way you get opportunities is to have worked with CEO in her prior engagements.

      Cons

      Many who know the CEO are brought in. Some are good. But some have no experience to lead large transformation initiatives like in Engineering were brought in SVP roles.
