Pros

The friendly atmosphere that you get there from the warehouse workers is what I will honestly miss about the company.

Cons

The demoting of warehouse managers, line supervisors and line leads in front of the entire company of 130 employees. The clique of owners, warehouse managers and line supervisors that have been in the business for more that 20 years. If they like you they overlook what may be going on right in front of their eyes but if they don't they will push you out any way they see fit.

Pros

Co-worker are hardworker with limited resource. Very friendly people to work with. Benefit are also good compare to other company.

Cons

Bad leadership from owner. Mandatory Christmas party No raise even if your new or been around 10 year Bad communication between management and employees.
