Pros

It wasn't too bad. I liked it that it kept me busy, as there was always something to do.

Cons

Sometimes it gets political and full of drama. They can sometimes expect you to drink the kool-aid, and make Rite-Aid your life. If the corporation didn't interfere so much, it'd be a lot better and more enjoyable.
