Not many better opportunities or options to move up for someone who is already employed. Current employees get overlooked

Inexperienced uneducated management that doesn’t know the industry. Toxic work environment with negative culture. Field reps do a majority of the work while office workers ignore calls and watch Netflix and surf social media for a majority of the day. The pay is nowhere near competitive and there is really no amount of money is worth working here.
