Pros

The positive culture at Rite has changed my view of "work". The engaging, supportive, and dynamic culture is truly a breath of fresh air. I feel challenged and valued every day. The higher-ups are approachable and understanding of changing and emerging needs in work environments. Great 401k program, generous PTO/PAL.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Cons

The only con I can really think of is the communication between management. No one is perfect. Having to work for a company that is on the opposite side of the country has its challenges.
