The Culture: work with likeminded individuals who work hard and smart, but also like to enjoy life. Rite hosts a multitude of fun events throughout the year, so there is always a friendly face in the hall to talk to. Friends Enjoying Work is right! I would like to add that my management has always supported me and my growth here at Rite including helping me get the training and career advancement I am striving for.
