40 hour work week, great culture (friends enjoying work), great health benefits, 401k match is 6%

Cons

Government contracting isn't what is used to be under the new administration. Not the company's fault, but fear that my current contract won't renew.

Really flexible work environment and exceptional 401k match. Management cares about the employees and it shows in the company morale.

Cons

Physical work environment may be at NUWC base which is a tough work environment. Hardly any parking. Antiquated buildings and infrastructure.
