Company culture is "friends enjoying work" - gotta love that. Not micromanaged at all. Trusted to get the job done. Telework possible depending on the contract you're on.

Cons

Dahlgren office is rarely occupied - most folks are off working at the site of their contract, so we don't all see each other as a "Rite" team very often.
