      Managers are to easily influenced by who is always around them, don't take the time to interact with their employees. So it leads you to question who's really the manager.

      Great team to work with. Very flexible with my schedule and I'm able to directly see my contributions to the company.

      Cons

      Required to wear uniform and mandatory shutdown in June.

      *Meaningful work *Exciting to work on new and innovative drugs *While working on different projects, the work isn't monotonous *Great Product Development group, and overall great coworkers across the company *Pay is fair, bonuses are nice, HSA contributions are very appreciated *CEO has really started focusing on increasing employee engagement and community outreach

      Cons

      *Since it's a small company, there's not many opportunities for growth *Some members of management can be short sighted and difficult to work with - especially in regards to development *Upper management could to a better job of planning for future growth instead of just reacting when it's too late
