I've worked with Ritedose through two changes in ownership and leadership. Since our new CEO took office, I've already seen a lot of changes taking place. 2020 is bringing new employee engagement activities for health related events, opportunities for employees bond with one another, and get involved in giving back to the community. Jody Chastain is a huge supporter of community impact and making sure our employees are engaged. * Insurance premiums are a bit high * Culture tends to be more reactive than proactive, but I see that is already changing * Staffing up for projects is challenging
