      There are no pros for working here.

      Cons

      Not enough people to get the job done. Upper management will agree to anything for a buck with no appreciation for the amount of work necessary to get the job done. Bonus system is a joke especially when you know upper management is getting 6 figure bonuses. This is a place where careers go to die.

      Good down to earth People, Flexible Work Schedule, Job Security, great HR team, and transparent quarterly meetings.

      Cons

      Employees sometimes feel underutilized. The repetitive work sometimes makes you feel like a paper pusher.

      Lack of true leaders running the facility, petty management style, decisions made in vacuums, most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked.
