Not bad pay. But the amount of work they expect has increased substantially while pay has not kept pace.

Cons

Management turns a blind eye to employees who do minimal to no work while dropping the hammer on hard workers who make a mistake. Communication is an ongoing issue.

I am happily currently working as a Analytical Chemist III in QC Lab and all I can say is it is great company to work for your better career. Very professional and growing company. I have learn a lot here even though I am an experience Chemist and worked before for other Pharma company. But Ritedose Corporation is " The Great Company" for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is dedicated and career oriented person to work here. Thanks
