      -401K and 5% match -free gym membership at MUV -paid time off -Dental, vision, and health insurance -perfect place to work if you like sitting around and doing nothing for most of the time -random company paid food trucks -random free raffle tickets you can sign up for - $10 gift card for your birthday -end of the year bonus -company field day every year -can apply to any other positions within working there for at least one year -tuition reimbursement for going to school for something related to the work field -one hour lunches -yearly raises -consistent 40 hour weeks

      Cons

      -you sit around and do nothing most of the time -you don’t get PTO up front and instead only get 5 hours every 2 weeks -you will cramp, get sore, or even strain a muscle from repetitive movements -a lot of gossip that spreads around quickly -favoritism is pretty obvious from the management and supervisors
