Good people, good job and fun to get results. Adhering to company directive and proved them as value. Like the product there and the opportunity to up sell. Did so consistently.

There were many great people who worked at the original Ritz Camera. It was both a technical and creative place to work, with many talented photographers working there.

Cons

Upper management became very desperate and demanding after going through bankruptcy. Everyone was completely micromanaged. Using vacation time was frowned upon and discouraged.
